LH-60AB High Frequency Induction Heating Machine
Our induction heater are extensively used in technics such as diathermy forming, welding, quenching, smelting, annealing, shrink fit in metal processing, hardware and plastics, household appliances, plumbing, sanitary appliances, refrigeration, automobile, communication, medical devices, ordnance and other industries requiring heat source equipments.
It also developed mediate andhigh frequency induction heatingequipment with special input voltage based on different voltage classes of some countries, for example, induction heating equipment with input voltage of single phase 100V and three phase 220V is applicable to countries such as USA and Japan and induction heating equipment with input voltage of single phase 415V and three phase 440V is applicable to countries such as Malaysia, Thailand.
Induction welding(Brazing, silver welding, copper welding)
Induction brazing is to place the metal workpiece in the induction coil, coat soldering powder on the welding parts, When the workpiece reaches the melting temperature of the solder, it can be brazed. LIHUA Induction brazing is the world's most clean welding method currently.
Induction (Surface quenching,annealing,tempering)
Induction heating surfacethrough hardeninis a kind of heat treatment process which uses electromagnetic induction, skin effect, eddy current , resistance heat and other laws to make rapid heating and rapid cooling on the workpiece surface.
Induction annealing is mainly used for the online annealing of refrigerator cooling pipes, online annealing and online galvanization of heat sink cooling pipes, and online solution annealing of hardening stainless steelproducts:
- Anneal various stainless steel industries: Such as stainless steel pots, and sink annealing, stainless steel tubes, stainless steel tableware, stainless steel cups, etc.
- Anneal other kinds of metal: such as golf head, golf club, copper locks, hardware accessories, handle of knife, edge of knife, aluminum pot, aluminum barrel, aluminum radiator and various types of aluminum products.
InductionForging:
- Hot heading of all kinds of standard parts, fasteners, various high strength bolts and nuts
- Hot forging of metal bar (diameter less than 800mm)
- Hot forging and hot rolling of mechanical spare parts, hardware tools and parallel shank twist drill.
