Continuous Emission Monitoring System

Continous emissions monitoring system(CEMS) of Zetian Technology can monitor gases, including So2, NOx, O2, dust, humidity, temperature, pressure, flow parameters, etc. It can be widely used in all kinds of component continuous monitoring situation such as boilers, industrial furnaces, incinerator emissions, etc.
In addition, it also can monitor gases for a particular occasion such as HCl, HF, CO, CO2, NH3, H2S, Cl, VOC, etc…
It has four basic parts: the dust monitoring subsystem, gaseous pollutants monitoring subsystem, flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, system control and data acquisition and processing subsystem. It can monitor SO2, NOx, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, flow rate and other parameters such as HCl, HF, CO, CO2 for specific occasions. After dedusting by sampling probe, tracing by heating pipe, dehydration and cooling by two-step condensing, the measured gas is analyzed by the heated gas analysis module (TDLAS and DOAS technique).It is an effective solution to solve the technical problem that large humidity variation of the waste incineration and other occasions lead to measuring data fluctuation.
This online continuous stack emission monitoring systemadopts difference optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) analysis technology to measure SO2 and NOx; electrochemical to measure O2. And temperature, pressure, flow rate are respectively measured by pressure sensors and pitot micro differential pressure method. Laser scattering method is adopted to monitor dust and high temperature capacitance for humidity. Besides of SO2 and NOx, DOAS technology can also analyzer gases NH3, Cl2, H2S, O3 and etc. If system is extended with other analysis modules, it can also analyze and measure HF, HCl, CO, CO2 and so on at the same time.

The measure lower limit of ultraviolet flue gas analyzer is as low as 1 mg/m3, and fully qualified for technical parameters in ultra-low emission monitoring measurement occasions;
The latest laser forward scattering dust monitor is suitable for high humidity flue gas, light-leaking stack and low dust emission and other application points;
Integration of low flow velocity of temperature pressure flow product solves the problem that normal product has inaccuracy measurement under low flow velocity of flue gas;
Laser HCl analyzer, HF analyzer have passed national explosion-proof certification, and have the wide recognition in the industry;
The company uses UV difference gas absorption spectrum analysis technology which is fully independent intellectual property rights, effectively avoiding interference of dust and moisture on measurement;
By combining multistage dust filtration technology and regular blowing back, it effectively prevents dust blocking filters and the pipeline, as well as polluting analyzer measurement pool. It can adapt to worst environment of the high dust, high humidity, high temperature, high corrosion resistance, etc. ;
Ultraviolet flue gas analyzer can simultaneously measure the parameters of SO2, NO, NO2 (Being independent from NO), O2, humidity, Nox can be obtained by direct measuring of NO and NO2 , without the converter of NO2 to NO;
Simple structure, without optical moving parts, long period free from maintenance, high resistance to vibration;
Advanced UV difference spectrum technology, spectrum holographic grating spectrometer, diode array detection, to obtain a complete continuous absorption spectrum, long takanami resolution to ensure low detection limit, small temperature drift, fast response time;
Analyzer gas chamber is processed with the features of strong gas chamber, low cost and low impact by water and dust. The detector and the gas chamber adopts optical fiber for connection. It is easy to replace and maintenance cost is low;
