Covering Flux
Fluorite belongs to mineral products and its main ingredient is calcium fluoride, which takes up 40-90%. Fluorite with 75% min calcium fluoride can be used by steel plants directly. Due to the shortage of mineral resources, we dress the fluorite of low calcium fluoride. After the dressing, the content of fluorite power reaches more than 90%. After being extruded into balls, it can be used by steel plants for the purpose of desulfurizer and deoxidizer. Fluorite ball can reduce the melting point of slag quickly, shorten the time of steel making process, reduce the consumption of calcium fluoride, relieve the corrosion of furnace lining remarkably and reduce the pollution of fluoride ion.
