agitating tank is used for agitating ore slurry before flotation processing in order to make the slurry and drug intensive mixing to create effective condition for future mineral upgrading.Working principle: Agitating Tank Working Principle and Application Scope: The V-Belt drives the impeller rotation to make the slurry and drug intensive mixing. Increase the drug reaction time and enhance the reaction quality. The equipment is not only used in the mineral upgrading but also used in the material agitating in chemistry industry. Agitating Tank is suitable for agitating various kinds of metal mining. Mainly used for agitating to make the drug and slurry intensive mixing before flotation processing. It also could be used for nonmetal mineral agitating and mainly used in the ore slurry with the concentration less than 30% (Calculation by weight) and solid size content less than 1 mm. The form of the equipment is flat bottom with radiation cycle screw impeller mechanical agitating style.
