Shuttering Magnet

Making a precast concrete magnet includes a lot of fastening work: fastening formwork on mold table, fixing wire boxes at designated spots etc. The traditional practice would be drilling holes and then inserting pins for fastening. To be more exact: drilling holes both on formworks and mold table, fastening by hammering pins into holes. Afterwards, these pins need to be pulled out to detach that magnetic formwork, and wire boxes for further use. The process is time-consuming and those holes on mold table reduce its life span.

Brief introduction of precast concrete shuttering magnet
Shuttering magnets are also called concrete magnet or permanent fixing magnets. NdFeb Shuttering magnets mainly consist of steel housing, magnet slab and knob where the knob goes through the center of steel housing and magnet slab to connect them together. By assembling the strong neodymium magnets with the steel housing, we can achieve great holding force upto 2100kgs. They are important accessories to precast concrete system and designed to fix side rails or block outs when pouring concrete.

These kind of concrete magnets enable you to quickly create a temporary setup. For example, when you want to fix metal profiles for use as a form while pouring a concrete floor. They also hold steel panels, beams, gates and molds in place.

By using such an insert magnet, there is no need for drilling holes and thus a lot of time and labor is saved. Simply put them where you need them to be and take them away after the job is done, easy and fast.
