The inspection standards and methods of baby strollers are different in different countries. At present, baby strollers have become essential products for families, and the inspection of baby strollers is particularly important. According to the data, the first pushcart was made in England in 1733 and was a cart with a basket similar to a carriage. After the 20th century, baby strollers became popular, and their basic materials, platform structure, safety performance and other aspects are also improving. The following are the basic requirements for stroller inspection.

III.1, color check

The color matching is correct and meets the requirements of the order data.

2, product specification inspection

Product specifications should be consistent with engineering technical data;

The bulk must conform to the limit sample.

3,appearance inspection (plastic appearance, hardware appearance, pipe fitting appearance)

No orange peel, yellow, delamination, blistering, scorched phenomenon.

4, no thick and thin wall phenomenon;

5, no depression distortion phenomenon;

6, the mold line cut and smooth;

7, the surface bright, uniform color without impurities, no color difference;

8, no scratch, rust, blister, delamination, pinhole, cracking peeling phenomenon;

9, formless edge embryo front and sharp point;

10, no depression distortion, deformation and other phenomena;

11, no welding, leakage, bubble, welding is not smooth and other phenomena.

i.Push driver strength test (reference standard GB 14748)

Test method: Place the corresponding number of test weights in the lying pocket and fix them with safety belts. In a controlled manner, alternately lift or lower the handlebars so that the front and rear wheels are raised by 120mm±10mm (as shown in the figure), and test 800 times at a frequency of 15 cycles /min±2 cycles /min. For reversible handlebars, the test shall be carried out 400 times in each direction. If the handle has an adjustable device, the test should be carried out under the most adverse conditions.

ii.Cart impact strength test (reference standard GB 14748)

Test method: place the corresponding number of test weights in the recumbent bag, fixed with safety belt, place the vehicle on the 10° inclined platform, release the vehicle at 1000mm away from the block and make it drive down the platform freely, and hit a steel block, the block height should be at least half of the wheel diameter. The test was repeated 10 times.

V, parts and rivets combination requirements

(1) rivet back 2~3mm and complete, no plating delamination;

(2) appropriate tightness, no bending, no sharp edge phenomenon;

(3) the male and female screws are locked in place without sharp burrs;

(4) combination fastening, flexible rotation; The gap between front and rear wheel sets is 1.0~1.5mm;

(5) The self-tapping screw is locked in place and can not be loosened;

(6) the stickers are in the correct position, without foaming, warping Angle and tattering phenomenon;

(7) The left and right parts and directional parts shall be combined according to the working instructions & limit samples, and shall not be confused or reversed;

(8) Where smelters are in use, they must be easily put into inspection smelters.

Vi, the platform function inspection requirements

(1) the front and rear wheel rotation must be flexible, such as the front wheel can be oriented, must be stuck firmly;

(2) All the cars with two locks must be locked firmly, can not have the phenomenon of detachment;

(3) with the reversing handle to the reversing spirit and clamping in place and firm;

(4) the contact surface between the wheel and the brake teeth is at least 5mm, which needs to be clamped firmly and not detached;

(5) the backrest adjustment should bear the strength of 15 kg does not slide automatically, and the backrest adjustment is smooth and not dull;

(6) foot adjustment needs to be smooth;

(7) the front handrail is smoothly installed and firmly clamped.

(1) There is no foreign body, thread breakage, dirt, needle skipping, holes and other phenomena on the edges and stitches of the sunshade;

(2) The closing function of the sunshade is not too tight or loose;

(5) Sewn warning signs must be installed on the backrest and safety belt;

(6) The printed characters of woven marks and logos on the platform must be clear, not falling off, and printed in the prescribed position;

(7) Packaging parts shall not be misloaded, including instructions, warranty cards, etc., which shall meet the requirements of engineering packaging pictures;

(8) The packing case should be flat, and can not crack or be dirty;

(9) The seal should be smooth and firm, and the cover should not be easily removed.

In addition, each country classifies the nature of use of products such as baby strollers sold in the country and sets specific standards for safety control. The following are the safety testing standards for strollers in each country:

(1) China GB14747 This standard is applicable to children's tricycles for one child or more children.

(2) China - GB 14749 This standard is applicable to baby walkers used by infants from those who can sit and stand to those who can walk by themselves.

(3) China - GB 14748 This standard is applicable to child wheeled carts for one or more children.

(4) The United States - ASTM F977 this standard is suitable for the use of baby walkers.

(5) USA - ASTM F833 This standard is applicable to wheeled carts for carrying infants or children.

(6) EU -- EN1273 /BS EN1273 This standard applies to baby walkers used by infants from those who are able to sit and stand to those who are able to walk on their own.

(7) EU-EN 1888 This standard applies to child wheeled carts for one or more children.

(8) Australia/New Zealand - AS/NZS 2088 This standard applies to wheeled carts for carrying babies or children.
