The cnc slant bed lathe C400K-L series full-function lathe adopts full guide rail protection, and the cooling box and chip conveyor are separated from the main machine to ensure that the accuracy of the machine tool is not affected by thermal cutting. The electrical unit cabinet of the machine tool has good sealing and is equipped with air conditioning in the electrical cabinet to ensure the normal operation of the CNC system in the high temperature and high humidity environment of the machine tool. The bearing seats at the travel positions in the positive and negative directions of the shaft are equipped with rubber buffers and anti-collision devices to provide final protection for the double-nut ball screw pair from damaging impacts under abnormal circumstances.
