The Necessity Of Electronic Learning
E learning mobile learningis the product of social development. The e-learning with the main feature of online mode is not only the result of the change of economic model, but also the result of the change of acquisition mode. From classroom education to network education. All of these factors have become a powerful driving force for the emergence of e-learning. An increasing number of institutions recognize that e-learning is no longer a conceptual initiative, but an action that must be implemented effectively.

The concept of e-learning generally consists of three main parts: (1) Contents that is expressed in a variety of media formats; (2) The management environment of the learning process; and (3) A networked community consists of learners, content developers and experts. E-Learning provides a fast learning model, reduces the cost of learning, improves the breadth of learning and shows the metrological characteristics of participants ' learning process more clearly.
The standardization of e-learningAlthough more and more people are aware of the advantages of e-learning and accept this learning concept positively. Like the content carriers of film, television, CD-ROM and so on, e-learning ultimately must be based on unified technical standards so that people can freely make a selection of the content.
Achieving a widely accepted e-learning system technically is not a simple matter. The IMS (), which was established in 1997, has concentrated on a large number of business education companies, information technology companies, educational institutions and government organizations. And in the middle of 2000, it successfully issued a number of key technical specifications for e-learning. Since then, the United States military and official support for the establishment of the ADL (Advanced Distributed Learning), and published SCORM (Shareable Content Object Reference Model) specifications on the basis of a number of educational standards organizations, which has become the representative reference of the industry.
These specifications enable vendors(including software, content, and service providers) who engaged in commercial e-learning to extend at the same core architecture in order to provide electronic educational services that can be exchanged for thousands of customers.
