The Necessity Of Electronic Learning

Like the content carriers of film, television, CD-ROM and so on, e-learning ultimately must be based on unified technical standards so that people can freely make a selection of the content.

Achieving a widely accepted e-learning system technically is not a simple matter. These specifications enable vendors(including software, content, and service providers) who engaged in commercial e-learning to extend at the same core architecture in order to provide electronic educational services that can be exchanged for thousands of customers.
