Cross Roller Bearing
The cross roller bearing is a special type of bearing with inner ring splitting and outer ring rotation.
Since the cross roller bearing is fixed to the cross roller ring after being loaded into the roller and the spacer by the divided inner ring or the outer ring to prevent separation from each other, the operation of the cross roller collar is simple. Since the rollers are arranged in a cross arrangement, only one set of crossed roller collars can withstand loads in all directions, and the rigidity is increased by 3 to 4 times compared with the conventional model. At the same time, because the inner or outer ring of the cross roller bearing is a two-part structure, the bearing clearance can be adjusted, and even if a preload is applied, a high-precision rotational motion can be obtained. Moreover, due to its special structure, it is commonly used as a joint bearing in industrial robots.
Cross roller bearing features:
1. Excellent rotation accuracy
The internal structure of the cross roller bearing is arranged at 90° perpendicular to each other by rollers.
A spacer or spacer is placed between the rollers to prevent the rollers from tilting between the rollers. In addition, the contact phenomenon or the locking phenomenon of the roller does not occur; at the same time, since the inner and outer rings are divided structures, the gap can be adjusted, and even if the preload is applied, a high-precision rotational motion can be obtained.

The outer ring or inner ring that is divided into two parts is fixed together after the roller and the retainer are loaded, so the operation is very simple to install.

Since the rollers are vertically aligned with each other by the spacers on the V-shaped groove rolling surface of 90°.

The size of the inner and outer rings of the cross roller bearing is minimized, especially the ultra-thin structure is a small size close to the limit, and has high rigidity, so it is most suitable for the rotary work of the joint or the rotating part of the industrial robot and the machining center.
