Cold drawn seamless steel tube offers better surface quality, external appearance, and size precision than the hot rolled product, so it is much more popular among our customers. Due to aforementioned advantages, it is commonly used to build the structure of precision instruments, hydraulic equipment, and steel sleeves. Both two-high mills and three-high mills are regularly used to produce cold drawn seamless steel pipes, and products produced by three-high mills have higher precision and accordingly comparatively higher cost.
