机械结构采用预应力对称框架式布局，材质选用高标号球墨铸铁，整体刚性好，精度保持性好；
主轴经精密加工，辗轮安装面经表面离子氮化处理，硬度达到HV750以上，即便长期使用，也可保持良好精度；
支撑轮为单元化的剖分式单辊支撑，可实现快速拆卸或调整。轴系经优化设计，轴承采用KOYO圆锥滚子轴承，承载能力大，精度高；
