HM-DA660 Automatic case machine is one of the most advanced machine that is used to mount and shape book covers such as hardback hulls, notebooks, calendars and folders automatically. Its operation is very easy. Traditional case machine need many workers to complete whole process, while this machine just needs one person to operate. It has the feature of intelligence, accuracy, quickness and stability. So it can decrease your cost and increase the quality of your products.

1. malfunction and parameters setting auto-display
2. auto finishing coverpaper gluing, caseboards position, caseflags bending&pasting, and calendaring;
3. timing for glue pre-heating;
4. screen indicating of adjustment
5. hydraulic shock absorption swing-arm boards positioning system
6. paperboards-platform fine adjusting
7. coverpaper-platform fine adjusting
8. suckers leveling auto-position&revising
9. back strip auto conveying&cutting
10. adopting famous brand bearings like Japanese THK balls bearings
11. adoping Panasonic PLC, operable colorful screen and transducer
12. adopting low voltage control systems in famous brands like SCHNEIDER, OMRON, SMC, SIEMENS
