Emulsification Process Formulation1.RH-NB-8240 60KG 2.Emulsifier 30KG3.Glacial acetic acid 2kg+12kg water 14Kg 4. Water 200 KG Diluted into 30% silicone emulsion,the meulsion transparent.Process (1).Add RH-NB-8240 and the emulsifier in the container, and start to stir for 5-10min. (2).Add 8Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min. (3).Add 8Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min. (4).Add 8Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min. (5).Add 10Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min. (6).Add 10Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min. (7).Add 20Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 4kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min. (8).Add 20kg water stir for 10min.
