Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 reduces IL-6 secretion in the basic environment and is used as an anti-inflammatory agent after exposure to UVB radiation. In vivo reflection, confocal microscopy showed that the mixture of palmitoyl oligopeptide and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7 enhanced the structure of the extracellular matrix compared with placebo.
