Odorless under room temperature, less odor and VOCs at high temperature
Good bonding strength and initial tack
Excellent temperature resistance, high-temperature resistant up to 90℃, low-temperature resistant up to -40℃
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
For auto interior decoration, mainly for composite forming of luggage lid and trunk lid, carpet assembly and sound insulating pad bonding.

APPLICATION METHOD
Hot melt glue gun, spray, roller;
Service temperature 160~180℃(summer), 170~185℃(winter), increase 5℃at nozzle, keep setting temperature of glue hose same with machine;
Suggest glue spread 70-80g/m2.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Suggest to use hot melt machine with temperature control function;
Service temperature shall not ≥185℃;
Better to choose MDF with water content at 6-12%, high water content will cause bubbles that influence the bonding strength. Go through drying treatment if water content is high, put MDF under room temperature if water content is low;
Suggested working humidity >RH50%.
Conveyable after composite, adjusting the delivery time according to the temperature and humidity of environment.
