Ceramic packing with graphite impregnation
Description:Square braided from ceramic fiber impregnated with graphite. Normal for valves and static seal under supper high temperature.
Construction:
Ceramic fiber is standout among the different organic and inorganic fibers as ideal replacement of asbestos. All of CAZ ceramic products are made of good quality ceramic fiber, it has many excellent capabilities of high temperature resistance, low density and low thermal conductivity, better insulation and incombustible etc.
Braided from ceramic fibers without any impregnation, will not shrink or swell in service. It can be reinforced by fiberglass or SS wire, May be ordered square or round cross section.
Ceramic packing reinforced with Inconel or SS or Nickel wire and lubricated by graphite.
Application:
As a static seal for vessels, heaters, manhole, lids, covers, thermal insulation and fire-proof of pipes etc under high temperature. Suited for chemically neutral and resistant to water, steam, hot air, oils and so on.

A: Our normal practice: 30% deposit of total amount before production, and 70% balance payment before shippment. However this is open for discussion.
