Properties And Advantages
1. excellent moisture absorption and fast drying, anti-static, easy to clean, soft handle.
2. Used in bath dyeing can prevent the fabric floating, knot and crease.
3 . Very small effect on the fabric stripping, discoloration and yellowing.
4 . Excellent resistance to washing.
Appliance Range
Suitable for hydrophilic antistatic finishing of polyester and its blends
1. Exhausting process
Dosage: 1.0-4.0% (o.w.f)
Process: dipping (50-70 c * 20-30min), dehydration, baking (120-180 C)
2. Padding process
Dosage: 10-40g/L
Process: confecting liquid →single dip to single nip →(or two dip -two nip)( pick –up about 70%) →bake (120-180℃)
Specific process requests the user to adjust the situation as appropriate.
Packaging and storage
50 kg or 120 kg plastic durm, sealed storage, room temperature storage period is 12 months.
