Properties and advantages
1. suitable for polyester, acrylic, wool, silk and its blended fabric has good antistatic performance;
2. processed fabric has excellent antistatic property and moisture conductivity, dustproof and antifouling property;
3. stable performance, can be used simultaneously with the fixing agent and most of silicone oil, does not affect the fabric style;
4. can be used with water proofing agent, do not affect Oil-resistance and water-resistance properties
5. can improve the fabric pilling resistance level more than level 0.5;
6. will not cause the fabric peeling, discoloration and yellowing.
Usage
Recommend to use after diluting 5-10 times.
Dilution method: add water to 60℃ C - stirring to join ASA-500 – stir and keep 60℃ *30min - cooling to 40℃ -filter
1. Exhausting
Dosage after dilution: 2.0-3.0%(o.w.f)
Exhaust: (20-40min) →dehydration→ baking
2. Padding
Dosage after dilution: 20-40g/L
Soaking-rolling (or soaking-rolling- soaking-rolling) ( Rolling residual rate about 70%)→braking
Packaging and storage
Protect the product from frost, heat, direct sunlight. Storage at room temperature. If the storage is good, the life is one year. Available packaging for 25 kgs / bag.
