SurfaceCleaning

Wash by warm soap, remove wax, silicon and other contaminations withdegreaser, sanding with P800-P1000, wash with clean water then keep dry;again with degreaser.

Sanded with P600orP800 sand paper, do following construction after drying

Gravity Feed: 1.2-1.5mm 4-5kg/cm ²Suction Feed: 1.4-1.6mm 4-5kg/cm ²

SprayTechnology

Coats&Thickness: 2-3 coats, total 25-35um.Flash-Off Time: At 25°C, 5-10 minutes between two coats, it depends ontemperature and paint film.

Drying Time

1. cool down.B. Air-drying time 3 hours, at 20°C.

Shelf Life

2 years in original sealed can, cool and dry place at 25℃.
