YD imitation anodized powder coatingcharacteristics includes good adhesion, excellent mechanical properties, tough coating film. Coating film is smooth and gloss, good outdoor endurance, excellent resistance to excessive baking.
They are suitable for a variety of outdoor products decoration and protection, such as: aluminum curtain wall, door and window frame, ceiling, etc.
Spraying method:high voltage electrostatic spraying60-80KV
Recommended filmthickness:60-80 um
Application parameters:the curing time is 200°Cx 10--15minutes
