户内消光剂M-10

M-10是一种不含蜡的化学消光剂，适用于聚酯/环氧混合型粉末涂料体系。该产品用量与市面上同类产品相比大幅度减少，显著降低成本，可以为图层提供优异的流平性能、出色的抗黄变性能，以及清晰的图层效果。

2. 产品应用及性能

M-10消光剂不需要消耗环氧，使用时与其他原料一起预混合，内挤即可。如配方中环氧稍微过量，会有更好的涂层性能和消光效果。

• 使用本品制成的粉末涂料涂层细腻度非常好，并且不黄变。
• 对于聚酯的选择性极小，匹配市面上绝大部分5:5和6:4聚脂都有很好的消光效果。
• 可以选择加入合适的促进剂/催化剂来改善冲击性能，但有可能会引起涂层表面光泽上升和流平性变差等问题。
• 使用M-10消光剂制成的粉末涂料，储存稳定性能良好。
• 推荐挤出温度：I区95℃，II区110℃；推荐固化条件：200℃*15min。
• 本品重金属含量符合欧盟RoHS标准要求。

3. 推荐使用量

M-10消光剂的用量为粉末涂料配方总量1-3.%，适合做5%@60°以上光泽，光泽随用量增加而降低。
