During roller runs in muddy, moist and high abrasive environment, which easily reduce wear coefficient, and directly lead to roller slippy and traction deficiency, not only affect convey efficiency, but also lead to large area damage.
At present, the traditional method is to pre-groove the rubber sheet, with the help of regroover to grave the rubber sheet to diamond lines, but this kind of grave ways will reduce the productivity, not only it consumes great manpower, also the carve efficiency is low, after graving though it enhance the friction force, but the slot internal structure has changed, the quality of rubber sheet also affected.
