OIL REFINERY REACTOR
Crude oil is a mixture of hydrocarbons. It is a thick, dark brown liquid. Using crude oil directly is wasteful, so the components need to be separated, usually by distillation, which controls the temperature precisely so that the components at a particular boiling point evaporate.
SUNKAIER is a process technology and licensed company that provides a range of products and services for the refining of waste/used lubricants.
Developed by SUNKAIER Processes in collaboration with university and refinery experts, REGENOIL includes pretreatment, vacuum distillation and wipe film evaporation, hydrogenation and lubricant cutting, as well as optional hydrogen generator sections from methanol and H2S treatments.
Refining is the term used to describe the use of chemical process techniques to extract lubricating base oils from waste lubricants. Water, fuel oil, additives and sludge are separated from the base oil.
