UV Detector
A DAC column,or Dynamic Axial Compression column,is a self-packingcolumn used for separation in laboratories,at pilot scale,and in industrialmanufacturing.
DAC columns use a movable piston attached to a hydraulic jack to pack thecolumn.The piston applies constant compression to the stationary phase,which helps to ensure high efficiency and bed stability.The piston alsoprevents mechanical degradation and maintains constant bed compression,even if the bed swells or shrinks.
It can be used in large-scale industrial preparation-level applications such asnatural products,synthetic drugs, protein peptides, andplant extracts.
