浙江大庄实业集团有限公司创建于1992年，是我国最早从事毛竹资源研究、开发和利用的高新技术企业。20多年专注于一根毛竹，为全球30多个国家和地区提供竹整体应用解决方案，并提供卓越的产品和服务。大量实践案例积累了在各种不同气候环境及不同消费需求条件下，提供各类的高品质产品与服务的经验。
大庄是中国第一家建立竹地板从竹材料到产品质量标准的企业，参与制定或修订《竹地板》、《竹集成材》、《竹条》、《实木地板》、《竹单板饰面人造板》和《户外重组竹材》等多项国家及行业标准，还参与了《中国竹地板消费白皮书》的编写。迄今为止大庄已申请并拥有了近70项专利，其中13项国外专利，已授权65项，大庄公司不断创新、建立标准、规范行业，引领行业不断向前发展。
大庄在中国核心的毛竹产区建立竹原材料基地。集竹室内装饰应用、竹建筑与景观应用、竹整体工程解决方案、竹科技应用等四大领域的研发、生产及销售一体化。把竹材的用途及功能从简单的室内运用发展为防火用竹材、防腐户外竹材及高强度力学材料。并成功使用在南京青奥公园、无锡大剧院、山东大剧院、深圳万科总部大楼、西班牙马德里国际机场、BMW汽车内饰、风力发电机叶片及国内外商业和休闲场所等300多知名项目中。
