DassoXTR bamboo decking for garden application
DassoXTR is a solid, high density bamboo board, made from compressed bamboo strips. It is suitable for outdoor applications, especially as decking. Dasso use a special, patented heat treatment process to alter the hardness, dimensional stability and durability to a level superior to the best tropical hardwood species. As for the surface view, The special symmetrical shape of the sides offers the possibility of choose between either the wave or the flat surface, and allows for quick installation with clips.
Our thermo treated technical made decking isprotected by patentfromAustralia, Europe, Russia, Singapore, USA, China. Most importantly we have so many successful projects been made in many countries, which including severe weather condition areas. We did many of these amazing decking projects through our worldwide partners.
1. Hardness reaches to 116MPA,which is many times harder than general wood products. For instance, Larch 31.6MPA . red meranti 47.1MPA. Merbau 61.9MPA.Balau 100.31MPa.Homogenization of quality is also superior to Solid wood products.
2 .Green/Environmental. Does not containing PCP or any toxic substances. Not detect containing PCP through test in accordance with the standard of CEN/TR14823. Formaldehyde content conforms with E1 standard. <0.1 ppm.).Has been award with Singapore Green label Certification.
3. Anti-Termite: In accordance with the standard of NY/T1153.4-2006. Result: Pass
4. Good dimension stability: In accordance with the standard of GB/T17657-1999. Result: Thickness Swelling Rate: 0.603%,Thickness shrink rate: 0.223%,Length Swelling Rate: 0.012%,Length shrink rate:00.007%
6. Frie Proof: In accordance with the standard of GB/T11785-2005. Critical Radiant Flux: 0.5W/cm2. In accordance with GB/T8627-1999 standard, smoke density 22.05. Flame Retardant Grade: Class I.
7. Anti-Mold: In accordance with the standard of GB/T13942.1, Result: High anti corrosion Class I.
8. Anti slippery: In accordance with the standard of EN1339-2003. Result: USRV58
9. Weatherability: excellent performance test by SHR(EU TEST AUTHORITY)
