G439 granite slab
Polish: Polishing will be uniform throughout the slabs/tiles and in glossometer as:
For black slabs/tiles: polishing +95 degree,
For colored slabs/tiles: polishing +85 degree.
Flame: Flaming will be uniform throughout the slabs/tiles and brushed evenly on slabs after flaming
Thickness
+/-1.0mm in tolerance for slabs
+/-0.5mm in tolerance for tiles
Slabs are well packed in wooden bundles with polished face to face
Tiles are packed in styreform boxes (Carton boxes) and are further packed into wooden crate. Polythene wrapper is made to cover the entire material inside the wooden crate. Wooden crate is fixed and tightened by iron strips.
