Our company has been committed to researching and developing the application of color sandin coating. To solve the problem of color shading and limitations of natural color sand, we repeated experiments over and over again, now we are able to produce "colored enamel sintered sand" which has excellent weather resistance, good adhesion, excellent chemical stability and good UV protection performances.More information please view here
Production Technology
Choose 8-160 mesh clean quartz sand without impurities (strictly control the moisture content) 90-98 copies, inorganic pigment 1-8 copies, enamel glaze sintering additives 1-2 copies. Mix the inorganic pigment 1-8 copies and sintering additives 1-2 copies and grind them into uniform particle size. Then mix the 90-98 copies of quartz sands into the mixture together, sinter mixture with the temperature of 350-350 ℃ for 10-15 minutes. After all the processes, we get the colored enamel sintered sand.
