Hand-build double arch rubber expansion joints
ProductPerformance:
Rubber expansion joint are flexible connectors fabricated of nature rubber or synthetic elastomers, steel ring and fabrics, and when necessary, metallic reinforcements provide stress relief in piping systems due to thermal and mechanical vibration and/or movements. ZHW® Rubber Expansion Joint provide relief from stresses caused by thermal expansion and contraction in pipelines. Movement is always experienced in piping systems due to varying ambient temperatures, differences in temperature of materials handled, and differences in composition. Expansion joints absorb this movement and eliminate the danger of buckling or pulling apart with the high replacement costs that would result.
ZHW ® Engineers can solve anticipated problems of vibration, noise, shock, corrosion, abrasion, stresses and space by incorporating rubber expansion joints into designed piping systems.

- Application: Used inrecycled water,paper,water and wastewater, fire fighting, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, shipping, pumps, compressors, fans and other piping systemsbr>
- Feature:Absorb vibration,good elasticity,high pressure, displacement allowance, balance pipe error, reduce noise, effective, and easy to install.
- Medium: Common type used to transport -15 to 120 of compressed air, air, oil,water, sea water, acid and alkali. Special type used to transport -30 to 250 centigrade of the medium contain oil, strong alkali acid concentration, solid-state materials.
