Full range of resin bonded mag-carbon brick. The brick contain sintered or fused grain magnesia of varying purity, carbon in the range of 10 to 18%, and powdered metals for oxidation resistance if necessary. This series of products are mainly used in various parts of the EAF linings that are in direct contact with the molten metal and slag. Mag-carbon EAF brick are selected based on the design of the furnace, their place of use in the furnace, and the operating conditions of the furnace. These brick are made with high-capacity, Ultra-modern presses and have the features of high strength, strong resistance to slag, excellent thermal shock resistance, and high refractoriness. The SG series of MgO-C bricks for converters are designed according to different operation conditions and application areas of the converter lining. It is made of pure flake graphite and large fused crystal magnesia which has high purity and density, added with special antioxidant and resin binders, which are finally shaped under high pressure equipment.
