The high strength barrier mass have the properties of easy installation, strong anti penetration function, high strength, long service life, good anti-erosion. They can be applied to smelting furnace ,launder, refining furnace and vacuum pot etc.The ultralow cement castable developed by SG have the features of good flowability, high strength, good thermal shock resistance and easy installation. It could be applied to burner and peripheryof door.The products have been renowned as the fourth generation castables, which can be applied in all applications where low cement, ultra-low cement and no cement castables are applied.They could be applied to burner area and periphery of the furnace door.The light weight insulation castable developed by us are employing light weight porous insulation refractory or hollow insulation refractory as aggregate, mixing with refractory powder and binder according to certain proportion. The castable has the features of good volume stability , high strength. They are mainly used as insulation lining.The silicon carbide castable developed by us uses silicon carbide as main raw material, mixing with refractory powder and binder according to certain proportion. The castable have the features of good resistance to erosion , abrasiveness resistance, high strength. They are mainly applied to tap-hole area.
