Tundish Dry Vibration Gunning Mix Non Phosphorus Spray Mix Self-flow Castables
Dry vibration mixes are designed for tundish working lining. It’s made from high quality magnesia together with low-temperature sintering technology. The inclusion from tundish lining in molten steel is minimum resulting in production of cleaner steel. Because it’s a water-free product, the tundish preheating time is less resulting in energy saving. The superior property of Vibration Mixes is fast replacing the tundish spray and insulation board in Tundishes. Tundish spraying Mass is designed for easy installation, long service life and easy deskulling. So far this product is the most popular choice as tundish working lining for many steel mills in China and abroad. Self-flow castable has good features like good fluidity, good setting time, easy installation, high strength, long service life, good thermal shock resistance and excellent erosion/wear resistance. Low cement, Ultra low cement, Cement-free castables etc. are new generation castables. The products have features of high strength, low porosity and superior resistance to erosion/corrosion, at the the same time, they can be used to high temperature part of Industry Kiln. Mortar has common and high-performance refractory mortar .The series of products, with the features of suitable setting time, high bonding strength, good thermal properties, etc, are widely applied in metallurgy, building materials, petrochemical and mechanical industries
