The cold feed is storage in aggregated bins, aggregate quantity is controlled by variable speed belt. Vibration screen installed before the drying drum will take away the oversize aggregate, The sized cold aggregate is heated by the dryer drum , together with metering bitumen and additives are mixed in the drum mixer . special burners are available with different fuel : coal , nature gas, heavy and light oil. the hot mix asphalt manufactured is transferred into storage silos by bucket elevators ,Wet type dust collector is combined together with the whole plant.
