10吨柴油机动力电缆牵引绞车
产品描述
10吨柴油机动力绞车由滚筒、变速箱、柴油机和底座架组成。工作原理:绞车槽是用钢丝绳直接连接到牵引槽上，以柴油机、电机为动力，齿轮箱转速达到要求的转速，机器位于钢结构中，稳定且易于移动。
10吨柴油发动机动力绞车，用于起重及运输钢结构等重型货物，安装机械设备及行车起重机。柴油机动力绞车适用于没有电力供应的户外场所。使用这种绞车，用户不需要带发电机，由柴油发动机供电，是一种理想的产品，在没有电力供应的情况下进行远距离的牵引和起重工作。也可作为船舶和平台上的锚固绞车。柴油机动力绞车采用变频无级变速。结构特点:无级变速，两级三角(高速、低速)，操作安全方便。
重要的注意
1.滚筒上的钢丝绳要对齐，如果钢丝绳重叠交叉，操作人员应停止电动绞车，重新将钢丝绳对齐。绞车工作时，禁止拉绳、踩绳。钢丝绳不允许完全松开，至少保留3圈钢丝绳。
2.钢丝绳不得打结、缠绕。若断钢丝绳在距内大于10%，应更换钢丝绳。
3.电动绞车工作时，任何人都不应跨过钢丝绳。物料用绞车吊起后，操作人员不得离开物料。当人们休息时，材料或笼子应该在地下。
