Horizontal Flexible Foam Cutting Machine
Description:The horizontal flexible foam cutting machine for PU foam plastic is a kind of new equipment developed on our own by taking imported sample machine for reference, incorporating the strong points of different manufacturers and combining domestic application situation. Operation principle of Horizontal flexible foam cutting machine:Strip cutter tightened on four guide wheels moves at a high speed under the traction of electromotor. Guide wheel case can be driven up and down by trip steel so as to cut foam plastics into certain thickness. When foam thickness is more than 5 mm, stack-up cutting can be realized by a turnover mechanism on cutter board and thus it dispenses with the need for manual unloading one by one. Sharpening device mated with the strip cutter is to keep cutter sharp while working. Worktable with smooth sand surface has big friction. The horizontal flexible foam cutting machine is integrated with electric traction and control to realize electromechanical integration with centralized control, convenient operation and reliable performance.The equipment simulating West Germany machine model could make products of high precision, accurate size and uniform thickness.
