Adhesive Lamination Machine
Introduction:The adhesive lamination machine serves to compound two coiling materials by gluing adhesive, usually for the compounding between fabric and PU foam coiling slice.
Modernized mass-production of light industrial and textile products necessitates the advent of a special machine to perform adhibiting task. Now adhesive lamination machine has been widely used in the production of health materials, shoes, caps, medical products, waterproof cloth, and awnings, etc.

Operating principle and technical parameters:Adhesive lamination machine is consisted of gumming organ, baking drum, pressing unit, coiler and other parts. It works as follows: Compounding material is gummed, then laminated with other fabric and together passed on to the surface of baking drum. After being rotated across 2/3 around the surface of the drum, laminated material shall be cured and hardened into shape and finally wrapped up on coiling roller. There is a coating groove with gumming roller and a scratching board on the machine to control adhesive coating quantity, keeping adhibiting firmness while economically using adhesive. The movement of gumming roller can be synchronous with baking drum by means of infinite speed variator and the groove is dismountable for cleaning. There are electrical heating pipes installed on the inner side of baking drum, the power of which is enough to heat the drum surface up to 300℃. Besides, a heat engineering meter is fixed to control and to make the baking drum’s superficial temperature adjustable according to requirement. Four pressing rollers are installed on the outside of the baking drum for pressing laminated material. Revolution of baking drum and coiler are infinitely adjustable, convenient for operation.
- Adhesive lamination machine is developed by taking imported sample one for reference and is especially suitable for small-batch and miscellaneous production, which shows the great advantage of being able to make various decoration materials. It can laminate many products such as paper, cloth, leatherette, carpet, etc., not only applicable to sponge-adhibiting but also for direct lamination between all kinds of fabrics. Nowadays a great amount of adhesives such as superpower glue, single- or double–element adhesive and hot-melting glue are emerged with the advent of innovative lamination technology. If applying the above-mentioned adhesives, our lamination equipment shall be able to satisfy the processing needs of all walks of life.
