Spiral Welded Pipe Mill
DescriptionSpiral welded pipe production line is mainly used to produce spiral steel pipes. The steel coils are unfolded and leveled by the spiral welded pipe mill. Then they are sent to the forming machine in a certain angle. Supplemented by a certain angle, the continual pipes are formed in the three-roll rolling machine. Continual spiral welding is performed by submerged-arc welding machine.
ApplicationSpiral welded pipe production line suitable for producing spiral seam steel pipes is widely used in various fluids conveying such as petroleum natural gas, water as well as construction structural pipe and piling pipe. Production process of the welded pipe making machine is continuous production line and also the making machine can produce spiral welded steel pipe as per API standard in terms of quality.
