Shoring Tower TST60

TECON Shoring TowerTST60 is the most cost-effective supporting frame system in formwork construction and is the quickest to assemble. It is specially developed for high shoring and heavy load projects, and it is widely used in bridges, subways, buildings, and other civil engineering projects.

The basic sizes of supporting frames are from 1.2*1.1 m to 1.5*1.6m; all heights can be incrementally realized with those frame sizes and screw jacks. Those frames are tightly connected by diagonal bracing vertically and horizontally.

Fast and user friendly in assembly with very few elements.

Quickly transfer to Stairs Tower by adding additional accessories.

Adapt different shoring requirements by only two frame heights and adjustable jacks.

High load-bearing capacity up to 60 KN per leg even considered 2.5 times safety factor.

Specification of Shoring Tower TST60

It is reinforced by diagonal braces vertically and horizontally.

Screw jack foot and screw jack head provides heights adjustment up to 500mm extensions at each end.

Hot-dip galvanized surface treatment for the mainframe offers more than eight years of service time.

For loads up to 60kN per leg, Q345 for vertical tube, primary frame size from 1.20*1.10m, 1.20*1.60m, 1.50*1.10m to 1.50*1.60m.

Basic dimension of stair tower: 1.50 m x 3.00 m

Basic dimension of shoring tower: 1.00 m x 1.20 m

Basic dimensions under the slab tables: 1.50 m x 1.20 m up to 1.50 m x 3.00 m

Work as shoring for TECON Slab table formwork by adding an anti-falling lock.

Efficiently and quickly moved as whole units, even slab tables with tower crane lift or trolley.
