Function of Vertical Ring Die Wood/Feed Pellet Machine
Pellet mill machine is also named as pellet mill/pellet press/granulator/pelletizer. It is designed to make biomass fuel pellets for burning or feed pellets for feeding animals.

Working Principle of Vertical Ring Die Pellet Machine
1.Vertical ring die, feeding vertically
2. Motor driving reducer, and reducer driving the rollers
3. Die fixed, rollers rotating
4. Centrifugal force combined with extrusion to press materials from inside of die's holes to outside and form pellets
5. Knife cutting the pellet. Adjust the knife to control pellets length
Raw materials for pellet machine
It can process various kinds of biomass raw materials such as wood, trunck, branch, sawdust, straw, rice husk, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell, bagasse waste, alfalfa, a variety of crop stalk and other agricuntural waste, etc. If you are not sure how your materials perform in pelletizing, you can send us some sample of the material and we can help you test the pelletizing process and send you the final products.
