Manufacturing process:Generally manufacture processes are high-speed progressive tooling stamping, winding, welding/riveting, shaping; It is also realizable if by high-speed auto-riveted progressive tooling; Product Features:Good flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity, inside diameter (ID) and out diameter (OD) of cores, and all cores are with good consistency; Raw Material:Select the raw material grade according to customer requirements, such as 50W400, 50W470, 50W600, 50W800、65W1000 and other silicon steel grade;We can discuss with Steel Mill (BAO STEEL, TISCO, SHOU STEEL, WISCO etc) to custom-made special material with specific performance.
