Lz40 Air Suspension Centrifugal Blower/Water Treatment
Air Suspension Bearing:
Air suspension bearings use air buoyancy instead of lubricating oil, and use the surrounding air instead of lubricating oil, so they can operate at higher temperatures and high speeds. The advantages of air suspension bearings are flexible start-up and low-cost operation, no mechanical friction, no lubricating oil, no vibration, low noise, and long life.
When the blower starts, the bearing is in contact with the shaft, and when it reaches the take-off speed, the bearing and the shaft are non-contact, frictionless, and the rotor is in a suspended state.
Widely used in aeration, pressurization, gas transportation, drying extraction, purification, vacuum packaging, solution recovery, gas phase separation and other processes in various industries
Performance characteristics:
1. High efficiency and energy saving
More than 30% power saving than traditional Roots blower
More than 20% power saving than multi-stage centrifugal fans
More than 10% power saving than single-stage high-speed fan
2. Maintenance-free
Skid-mounted structure, no need to install the foundation. Daily work only needs to replace the filter and is basically maintenance-free.
3. Low noise
No mechanical noise, active sound insulation of the cabinet, the overall operating noise is about 80dB.
