Nitrogen gas separating membrane
Principle of Membrane-separating nitrogen generation means that nitrongen and oxygen in the air can be separated due to the difference of their permeation rate when their molecules pass through hollow fiber membrane
Membrane material and features:
type: Using the most advanced polyimide (PI) hollow fiber made
Materials: aromatic polyimide
Features:：
High separation coefficient, high product air volume, high recovery rate
The purity of nitrogen can be adjusted， up to 99.9%
Durability is excellent
High pressure strength: 0.3-2.4MPa
dew point can reach -60 ℃, oxygen-enriched air concentration up to 45%
High reliability, long service life, can reach up to 8 years of film separator's conventional pollutant tolerance
Application field:
1. Oilfield nitrogen production
2. The coal mine underground mobile fire protection system
3. Chemical, liquid cargo ship (LNG,LPG) ship inert gas protection, ocean platform
4. Storage and air conditioning, fruit and vegetable preservation
5. Chemical pipeline purge, inert gas protection
6. Food packaging
