MOJE has two series SMT pick and place machine for sale, H series and M series, H series is designed for high-end and high precision industries and M series are suitable for economic and high productivity demand industry, which can meet most of the requirements of the different mounting situation in SMT industries.
At present, the SMT machine can be divided into four types: movable arm type, compound type, rotary type, and a large parallel system. Different kinds of SMT machine have their advantages and disadvantages, which usually depends on the requirements of application or process to the system, and there is a certain balance between its speed and precision.

Adopting an intelligent feeding system, it can support various feeders, such as tray feeder, tape feeder, stick feeder, label feeder and so on. At the same time, it is compatible with Samsung SM series electric and pneumatic feeder, which improves the SMT Higher transmission accuracy, faster feeding speeds also reduce the cost of feeder equipment.
The patch machine Mark marks on important parts such as pasting main shaft, moving/static lens, nozzle holder and feeder. It is equipped with high-definition and high-speed fly camera system, combined with fixed HD large-size camera to improve the mounting speed and accuracy, which can meet all requirements of high-speed mounting of various small components, as well as support the mounting of high-precision large IC and odd-shaped components.
