We can provide 24H lead time service.Rigid Flex PCB boards are composed of a combination of rigid part (Rigid PCB) and flexible part ( FPC) that are connected to each other by lamination with Prepreg, which replacing and eliminating the board-to-board connectors, making the PCB design more possiblity and flexibility.This flex rigid pcb is a 6 layer one with impedance control.The structure is 2R+2F+2R with finished board thickness 1.0mm. The lamination process consists of placing the internal layers under extreme temperature (375 degrees Fahrenheit) and pressure (275 to 400 psi) while laminating with a photosensitive dry resist. The PCB is allowed to cure at a high temperature, the pressure is slowly released and then the material is slowly cooled.Impedance is the sum total of the inductance and capacitance of thecircuit board at high frequency. The term is used to describethe frequency of the circuit board. Generally, impedancevalues vary in a printed circuit board, unless the trace valuesare taken into account while designing.This board's impedance control is very strict,which means that the requirement of track width and space is also very strict, and the Min.trace width/space is 0.075/0.075mm.
