External-thread preload piezo actuators quick response customized parameter
M14 preloaded piezo actuator with front mount thread has thread on its shell. It is easy to install and fix with external mechanical screw. It is mainly used for beam deflection, optical adjustment, lens adjustment, angular motion applications, etc. For high stiffness, the piezo actuator uses lock nut.

Front Mount Thread
The thread size on the M14 housing is M14 × 1 and the thread length is 20mm. The thread size can be customized.
Locknut
There is a standard locknut with actuator to increase the stiffness.
Load Connection
Plane, spherical, internal thread, external thread are optional and custom is available.
Coarse and Fine Adjustment
The external thread on the casing is used for installation and coarse adjustment. When the voltage is applied, the piezo actuator can follow the voltage signal to generate an elongation, contraction and reciprocating motion with nanoscale accuracy.
Application
Beam deflection, optical path adjustment, inteference, active and adaptive optics, shock absorption, precision machining, etc.
