There are two classification methods according to the marking method of the USG transducer symbols. One is classified by the working principle, and the other is classified by the amount of detection. According to the working principle, there are strain transducers, capacitive transducers, inductive transducers, piezoelectric transducers, magnetoelectric transducers, pyroelectric transducers and photoelectric transducers. According to detection, the medical USG transducer can be divided into displacement transducer, flow transducer, temperature transducer, speed transducer, pressure transducer, etc. As for pressure transducers, there are metal strain gauge pressure transducers, semiconductor pressure transducers, capacitive pressure transducers and other USG transducers that can detect pressure. In terms of the temperature transducer, there are thermistors, thermocouples, PN junction temperature transducers and other USG transducers that can detect temperature.
The USG transducer can be classified according to the human senses that the USG sensor can replace. For example, vision transducers include various optical transducers and other USG transducers that can replace vision functions. Auditory transducers include various pickers, piezoelectric transducers, capacitive transducers, and other USG transducers that can replace auditory functions. Olfactory transducers include various gas-sensitive transducers and other USG transducers that can replace olfactory functions. This classification method is beneficial to the development of bionic transducers.
