Large granular materials are crushed into smaller particles at the top of the crushing area. During the downward movement, a layer of crushing shall be formed because most of the material particles are smaller than the roll gap. The pressure on the materials shall increase gradually in this process and reached the maximum when going through two roll shaft. Materials are crushed into a very fine particle size under enormous pressure. characteristics(1), The grinding force is not on the single particles, but on the particle group. Compared with the single particle crushing, a large quantity of materials can be crushed. (2), The crushing force is a pure pressure, which applying slower and the action time is longer, slow force shall make the material particles show lower strength.(3), the crushing force is extremely large, the stress on the material can be up to 50 ~ 300Mpa, the big crushing strength shall crush the material into very fine particle size, at the same time, the inner of particles will form a large number of micro cracks to reduce the strength of particles. AGY serial rolling machine mainly aims at electronic ceramics, chemical industry, metallurgical industry where having high demand for materials’ hardness.
