Description:High-speed slitting and rewinding machine for all kinds of plastic film, such as PVC, PET, BOBB, PE, etc. Controlled by PLC, the degree of automation is high, which greatly improves production efficiency.Features:1. The machine wall panel thickness is 50mm with high strength and low stress. It is stable after twice stress relieving.2. NSK bearings are adopted in all spinning parts.3. All machine units are processed in CNC machine center in Kesheng.4. Emergency stop button and pull wire switch are installed on operation side.5. Misoperation or error will warning both on control panel and warning siren.6. Balancing of is minimized for all components to accordance high speed.7. Static Eliminators (optional) - Static Eliminator can be installed on machine as per customer’s option.8. Offloading Unit - The machine has its own unloading rack. After slitting, the finished roll can be unloaded to the unloading rack. After rotating the arms, it is convenient to unload the material so as to reduce working intensity, labor and loss.
