The contact angle between squeegee, screen and cylinder is larger than flat bed model so the driving is smooth, accurate and unswerving due to few static. The cylinder has no vacuum hole on it so the film will not have dents due to vacuum and no color difference will be happed due to different thickness of inks. It is ideal for solid area and dot pattern printing.2. Good for continuous printing as the overlap is unnoticeable.3. User-friendly PC based control combined with touch screen monitor for maximum operation convenience.4. The printing head is equipped with two servo motor for easy adjustment of pressure balance.5. Equipped with two CCD camera for easy set up of the screens.6. Equipped with two CCD camera for easy set up of the squeegee.7. With CCD camera to sense the real position of the panel so that continuous printing can be possible in one pass8. With CCD camera on the other side of the web for double sides printing even for opaque one.9. Screen can be moved outside for easy cleaning.10. Keep tension during the whole process11. Safety guard provides extra safety for the operator and machine.12. Winding and unwinding use air shaft to prevent slippage, and include advanced web guide for precision and neatness.13. The take up roller features vacuum suction, ensuring smooth film surface and proper film tension at all times.14. Equipped with photocell for the registration of driving direction.15. Winding mechanism utilizes advanced sonar sensor for accurately sensing transparent and non-transparent film.16. Precision linear motion guides are provided on vertical and horizontal sideways for extremely smooth and stable traverse.17. Both of the driving of screen and take-up roller are equipped with servo motor for accurate and easy operation.18. Two dryers are available. Air cushion Hot Air Tower Dryer (heating length: 15M,25M,35M) and UV dryer with cooling roller. (Optional)19. Punching device.
