石油压裂支撑剂

麦德陶粒裂支撑剂，具有很高的压裂强度，主要用于油田井下支撑，以增加石油天然气的产量。石油天然气深井开采时，用支撑剂随同高压溶液进入地层充填岩层裂隙，进行高闭合压裂处理，使含油气岩层裂开，起到支撑裂隙不因应力释放而闭合，从而保持油气的高导流能力，增加油气产量。洛阳麦德陶粒有限公司利用当地得天独厚的优质铝矾土资源，经过破碎、粉磨、制粒和高温烧结等制造而成，具有耐高温、高压、强度高、导流能力强等特点，良好的服务于石油开采、天然气压裂。 按抗压强度可分为：52MPa（7500psi）、69MPa（10000psi）、86MPa（12500psi）、103MPa（15000psi）； 　　 按体积密度可分为： 低密度、中密度、高密度； 　　 按规格可分为：6-12目、8-16目、12-18目、12-20目、16-20目、16-30目、20-40目、30-50目、30-60目、40-60目、40-70目、70-140目等，同时我公司也可根据用户具体指标要求研制生产。
